Once you're there, you'll find that the store is divided into sections that cover top daily picks, popular GPTs among the community, and GPTs made by OpenAI themselves. You can search for specific GPTs by name or function within the navigation bar, or browse through topics like Writing, Productivity, Research & Analysis, Programming, Education, and Lifestyle.
However, to use the other GPTs available, you must sign up for ChatGPT Plus, which costs $20 per month. But it's well worth it, as it not only gives you access to the GPT store but also guarantees you general access even during peak times when the free version is at capacity.
