What we collect
Creators AI collects the information you choose to submit through newsletter and sponsorship forms. This may include your email address, name, company, website, campaign objective, budget, timing, and notes. We also record limited interaction events needed to understand whether our forms and sponsor journey work correctly.
Community submissions
If you submit a community contribution, we collect the pitch, your name, email address, any author or destination URLs, and your stated editorial or commercial relationship. Submissions remain private during review. If accepted, the contribution, byline, and disclosed relationship may be published; your email address is never published.
Audience analytics
Google Analytics helps us understand aggregate readership, traffic sources, page performance, and conversion events. For visitors in the EEA and the United Kingdom, it loads only after you choose “Allow cookies.” In other regions it loads when the site opens unless a previously saved preference blocks it. No form text, email address, or other directly identifying field is sent as an analytics event.
How we use it
We use submitted information to respond to enquiries, send requested newsletter updates, assess sponsorship fit, provide paid-member access, prevent abuse, and maintain service reliability. We do not sell submitted personal data.
Service providers
Hosting and form data are processed using infrastructure providers that operate the site. Transactional form notifications are delivered by an email service provider. Consent-based audience measurement is processed by Google Analytics. The newsletter subscription itself may continue on Substack when you follow a subscription link.
Retention and your choices
We retain records only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which they were collected, legal obligations, and security. You may ask us to correct or delete information you submitted, or unsubscribe using the link in newsletter emails.
